Artist Talk: Radical Friends
Join FFF Playwright in Residence Michaela Jeffery and her long-term artistic collaborator dramaturg/director Laurel Green to explore radical friendship, lateral-mentorship, and how to advocate for your work in the face of crisis. They will share their past experience navigating the cancellation of a world premiere production using creative, audacious, collaborative problem-solving to champion a play they believed in. This talk invites you to consider the relationships and spaces where you feel the most empowered — where you can be brave — now and in the future.
All events require a Femme Folks Fest Pass. If you are able during these unprecedented times, we kindly suggest a donation of $50.
All Femme Folks Fest donations will be directed to local artists.
